Your Lawyer. Your Choice.

Independent legal advice should be independent. Already have a lawyer? Use them. Want help finding one? Browse independent attorneys participating in the 123 Prenup network. Not ready to decide? Start without one.

You decide whether you want independent counsel — and who represents you.

Already Have a Lawyer? Bring Them With You.

You don't have to change attorneys because you're using 123. With your authorization, your attorney can review the relevant work you've completed through the platform, including your financial information, selections and draft agreement. That means your attorney can focus on what matters most: Advising you.

Need a Lawyer? Meet Participating 123 Attorneys.

Browse independent lawyers who offer specified prenup services to 123 customers at participating rates. Review profiles. Compare services. Compare pricing. Choose whom you'd like to contact. 123 does not choose your attorney for you.

Know What You're Getting.

Participating attorneys may offer services such as:

  • Prenup Review — review your agreement and discuss it with you.

  • Review + Revisions — review your agreement, advise you and recommend or prepare revisions within the scope of the service.

  • Full Representation — represent you individually through negotiation and completion of your prenup.

Available services and pricing are shown on the attorney's profile.

Independent Means Independent.

If you retain an attorney, that lawyer represents you. Not your partner. Not 123 Prenup. If both partners want independent representation, each partner uses separate counsel. The attorney-client relationship is established directly between you and the attorney you choose.

Attorney or Mediator?

A mediator helps both of you reach agreement. An independent attorney advises one of you individually. You may use either. You may use both. Or you may begin 123 without choosing either.

Your Prenup. Your Lawyer. Your Choice.
